Get Glowing Carrot and Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 8oz filtered water

  • 8oz nut milk of choice

  • ½ frozen plantain

  • ¼ cup frozen carrots

  • 1 frozen ginger cube (I use Trader Joes)

  • 1 date

  • ½ tsp turmeric powder

  • 2 scoops Vanilla Daily Nutritional Support

  • 1 scoop collagen or plant protein powder of choice (optional)

  • Ice

Directions

  • Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth

  • Sip over 30-60 minutes and enjoy!
