Chocolate Protein Chia Seed Pudding

Vegan | Gluten Free | Dairy Free | Snack

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup canned full fat coconut milk

  • ¼ cup filtered water (may use more milk)

  • 1 cup frozen organic spinach

  • 2 scoops Chocolate Daily Nutritional Support

  • 2 tbs chia seeds

  • 1 tbs sunflower seed butter

  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch cinnamon

  • Maple syrup or honey to taste

Directions

  • Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth

  • Place in refrigerator and chill at least 4 hours, ideally overnight
